Wendy Kazianis has been a member of the Resolution Institute for the past 20 years (formally called LEADR)
As a Fellow of the Institute Wendy is required to be actively mediating, teach/support other mediators, publish, and actively promote mediation to retain her fellowship
The following outlines some of her recent professional achievements:
Professional membership of the Institute is Wendy’s commitment to seeing conflict resolution made more widely available to anyone in any situation of conflict.

The following outlines some of her recent professional achievements:
- 2014 Wendy was accredited by the Institute as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Being accepted by the Ministry of Justice as an FDR provider she uses her mediation and facilitation skills to assist families in dispute. In the same year she achieved “Advanced Mediator” status with the Institute.
- 2014 Along with 2 other mediators, Wendy was appointed to the Environmental Protection Authority’s supplier panel to provide Mediation and Facilitation assistance.
- 2015 Wendy presented a workshop on “Skills for exploring perceptions - reality checking in mediation” at the Institute’s annual conference.
- 2015 Wendy, set up RESOLVE a collaborative dispute resolution team with 2 other skilled mediators Bryan King and Megan Williams. Check out their website. The collaboration allows them to collectively offer a wider range of skills. In the same year RESOLVE was accredited by the Ministry of Justice as a Family Dispute Resolution provider.
- 2016 Wendy became a member of the Contract Panel of Mediators for MBIE undertaking workplace mediation in Christchurch. In the same year she was accepted by Familyworks to undertake funded Family Dispute Resolution (FDR)
- 2017 The Resolution Institute awarded Wendy Fellowship status of the Institute.
- 2019 Wendy became a member of the Contract Panel of Mediators for MBIE undertaking workplace mediation in Napier.
