Having trained extensively in the art of mediation and working as a Professional Mediator for the past 20 years, Wendy says she is still learning! 

She has accumulated a robust “toolbox” of skills and knowledge and adapts her style and the process to ensure the best approach is taken to give her clients the very best opportunity to reach resolution.

Wendy offers, neutrality, independence and an honest commitment to working hard with clients to help them find a resolution that meet their needs.

Prior to training in Mediation, Wendy was recognised as an expert in Industrial Relations and held a number of senior roles in this field. This background has stood her in good stead when assisting parties in Workplace mediation. She provides mediation services as a contract Mediator to MBIE in addition to working independently for clients who contact her directly for assistance with their workplace issues.

In 2014 Wendy decided to study to become qualified to provide offer Family Dispute Resolution. She achieved this in 2015 and is formally registered with the Ministry of Justice as a Family Dispute Resolution Mediator. Wendy provides mediation service to Clients who contact her directly. She also provides contract mediation services through Familyworks Northern, the FDR Centre and Resolve – a business collaboration with 2 other mediators.
